Rates for advertising

YEARLY RATES 

 

All ads are to be 140px wide (approx 2.2cm, 1" wide).  Other sizes require special attention and are considered premium ads.

All ads will have a separate window popup for viewing the ad. to match the size of original ad, OR ads clicked can be directed to advertisers website.

 

Costs

Premium Ads - Front page ads of Manzanillo Sun, Melaque Sun or Barra de Navidad Sun.

                      Oversize ads (2.2cmx2.2cm)(1"x1")...any ad that will not fit into a regular space on

                      the web.

                      5000.00 MXN  or 500.00USD YEAR

Regular Ad   -  Any color photo or word ad, that fits into designated spaces, and is on

                      the advertisers own classification of ad (same size as above)..  i.e. Hotel on Hotel  
                     page.

                      2000.00 MXN  or 200.00USD YEAR

Small Ad     -  Few line description can be 140px but limited to Name address Phone or URL

                     or maybe a "special price or rate"

                     1000.00 MXN or 100.00 USD YEAR

Name & Contact -  One line -Name Address and phone or email contact on any page.
                     May   include a forwarding link for additional cost 200.00 MXN  or 20.00 USD YEAR

Special Realtors Price.  2000.00 MXN for yearly advertising, plus gets special own page for listings, plus 500.00 MXN per each new listing (changes free on existing ads)

 

Hotel booking section:- special listings...2000.00 MXN plus booking commission

  

Listings of Private properties for sale or rent. Can include Picture and short description. You may buy the yearly spot and list a property in that space, Cost to change the listings. 100 pesos per change, if no major re structuring of ad space is required.  Ok to change picture and description.

Large Ads requiring 2 - 3 pictures, large space.  Price is be negotiable.

 

ALL businesses...are allowed 1 line, which can include name & location only, in an alphabetical listing.  No links, no forwarding emails, this listing is free, in the respective page.  You are responsible for making sure the information is correct, please advise us by email, as we want to be 100% correct.  You must contact us by email to be listed

Ad design by us, 500.00 MXN or 50.00 USD, any ad, your wording, your pictures.  Professional ads are welcome, and will be put on, as sent to us.  We are not responsible for making sure the ad is correct. 

 

Special pricing, maybe requested, and an invoice will be sent.

 There will always be, some ad that does not fit into our simple criteria, we will be happy to quote on any size ad or placement

ONLINE SHOP SPACE:   FREE to all paid advertisers, on a negotiated commission sales structure. No others will be accepted.

All ads are subject to space being available, positioning is based upon agreed space being available.  No ads will be paced until full payment is received.  Renewing your contracted space, as long as you are paid up for the following year, before your 1 year is up, then you can keep the same space.  If you wish to change, please advise, as it is all based on space available.  Ads expiring at one year and not paid, will be removed from listing.  We are endeavoring to keep the same rules for everyone.  We are unbiased, and wish to keep it a fair playing field for everyone.
